She has this sock thing that she inserted on her hair overnight. The result? Stunning curly hair pronto. It is safe and really is easy to put on. Just cut the other tip of the sock and curl it like that of a donut. Use a pony tail above your head, spray with water small amount would do not over wet it, then put on the "donut sock" into the hair. Sleep overnight then wake up and take off the sock.
