How do I wear that trend…fringe

Ok ladies, fringe is back. It comes and goes occasionally as a trend and for some reason when people do fringe, they look like they just escaped from a rodeo. Now, this isn’t true for every occasion, but I’ve seen it happen before and I’d like to do my part to stop it.

Fringe is really cool and it’s an easy trend to participate in. However, unless you are a full fledged cow girl or a biker lady, I would caution against going really heavy on the trend by wearing pieces like these:

Now this lady would look fabulous on a Harley riding down the highway, but she would look a tad over the top if you saw her grocery shopping.

The key to doing the fringe trend is “less is more”. Go light on the fringe and wear it with one portion of your outfit rather than two or more. Here are some fringe pieces where “less is more” is practiced.

So enjoy this cool western inspired trend with ease! But please, don’t overdo it.
