Product Review-Scala Hat

Dec 27, 2011 by

When I was younger, I never used to wear hats in the winter. I preferred putting on a pair of ear muffs and scarf when I went out into the cold-along with my coat, of course. But I now realize that covering my entire head is very important (thanks mom!). The lovely folks over at Lipton Publicity sent me this cute Scala Pronto Wool Cloche to review and I want to share it with you.

Most of my hats are of the skull hat variety. They fit close to my head and snugly cover my ears. I have a few different colors to keep things interesting but it’s still the same type of hat.

I didn’t know what to expect from the Scala Cloche since I’m not familiar with the brand, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a flexible winter hat with more shape than a skullcap but still warm enough to wear when the temps are really low. I was excited to try it out and see if it was as effective as my collection of skullcaps.

It was indeed.

I enjoyed that it was stylish as well as functional. Plus, it’s very affordable so it looks cute without killing your winter wardrobe budget. And, since it’s after the holidays, I want to share a special discount code with you. The people over at www.womens-hats.com are offering 20% off and free ground shipping until 12/31/2011.

Visit this link www.womens-hats.com/product/395/scala-hats-winter and enter the code ScalaPronto to get the discount and free shipping. So, rather than getting the hat for $30 plus applicable shipping costs, you get the whole kit and caboodle for $24. Don’t say I never gave you nothin!

Please check out the site and make sure you pick up a Scala Pronto Wool Cloche. It comes in multiple colors so you can get the color(s) that work best for you and you can get it sized to fit your head. Cool, right?

Once you pick up this lovely hat, let me see how you wear them. Please email a picture of you in your hat and I’ll feature you in a roundup post.
